Strictly Concrete LLC was founded in 2019 by Soni Tuiileila, a concrete professional who grew up doing this work and knew exactly what a higher standard looked like. After years of building skills on the job, Soni started Strictly Concrete to do things his way — staying hands-on, paying attention to the details, and delivering results that actually hold up.

The name says it all. Concrete is all we do, and we take it seriously. We are not a general contractor who squeezes in flatwork between other trades. Every project we take on gets our full attention, from the first grade to the final finish.

We specialize in residential concrete work across North Seattle and Snohomish County. Our services include driveways, patios, walkways, slabs, stairs, retaining walls, new home foundations, and decorative options like stamped and colored concrete.
